I had a great experience with the maintenance team. Lacari helped me when I first moved in was professional, friendly, and respectful of my home. He took the time to address the issues I had and made sure everything was taken care of before he left. I really appreciated how responsive and helpful he was during the move-in process. It’s always nice to have maintenance staff who are reliable and genuinely care about helping residents. Thank you for the excellent service!

Eric was able to help me with my water leak, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. As soon as I called, he responded right away and was there to help. He quickly identified the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. Eric was professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to talk to throughout the entire process. He truly went above and beyond. They’re the best! Had a problem with our faucet and panic at the thought of having to wait a day to get it fixed. But they were fast and easily could spot the problem. Then a quick fix and it’s all A-Okay! 10/10.

Safety is an ongoing issue. Owners are aware but not a lot being done to fix issues. Cars getting stolen, cops having to come out every single day, gunshots. Just avoid plenty of better places in Blono for the price

Maintenance is a top priority at Brickyard apartments but so are the tenants. Last week when it was time to spray for critters and change furnace filters, an employee noticed Amazon packages outside my door and took the time to put those in my entry way! Thank you so much for taking the extra minute to put those inside while I was gone for the day. The extra mile that management and employees do is worth it!

I moved during a really rough time in my life. I was in a hurry to find a pet-friendly and safe place for me and my dog. Most places here in town have really low weight limits of they are pet-friendly. I am thankful Brickyard allows up to 60 pounds and are extremely pet-friendly! Office staff is super friendly and helpful! They were able to get me into an apartment quickly. My Apartment was clean with nice carpet and fresh paint. I love the amount of storage I have. It is actually spacious for a 1 bedroom and the perfect size for me and my pup.
